A degree of stress is required to motivate people into getting things done. Stress is required for our bodily functions to happen as they should.
As you can see from the above, Stress can be "good stress" or "not so good stress" depending on the degree required for something to happen or the degree of stress imposed that will lead to impairing a function or interfering with the capacity to perform.
Too much "not so good stress" will affect Wellness and consequently, Productivity.
